Set your start time, give each segment a duration, and NextShow computes every start and end time for you. When the keynote runs long, one edit cascades through the rest of the schedule. Lock the segments that cannot move, like doors or a hard out, and the show re-times around them. Gaps show up as buffer rows so nothing hides.

What is a run of show?
A run of show is the minute by minute plan for a live event: every segment in order, with timing, and the cues each one needs. NextShow turns that plan into a live shared document instead of a printed sheet.
Is NextShow free?
Yes. The Free plan is fully usable: all your columns, View and Edit links, live mode, and password protection. The one limit is 5 segments per run of show. The $15 Event Pass removes that limit for one show.
Does everyone need an account?
No. A View or Edit link opens in any modern browser on any device. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into.
Do I have to reprint when the schedule changes?
Never. The link is the run of show. Change a segment and everyone holding the link sees the new version instantly.
Can more than one person edit it?
Yes. Share the Edit link with your co-producer, coordinator, or crew and build the run of show together. Password-protect it if you want to control access.
